Terms

Confidentiality is paramount with Be Seen 1st Ltd, all personal details kept on file will never be passed on to any third parties.

All guaranteed placement listings are shown as sponsored links. Your adverts WILL NOT appear on any powered by Google search engines (i.e. AOL, Sky etc)

Pricing/Billing/Refunds

When Be Seen 1st Ltd sets up your campaign you will be charged for the first month instantly which can be as little as £100 per month. Your customer account manager will always discuss and agree any fee before processing any payment; a paid invoice will then follow by email. The date your campaign is live is the date of your monthly billing. Every month your payment will be taken by the method of payment that was used when you initially started your campaign a paid invoice will be sent by email this will be sent up to 3 days later.

The service we are delivering to our customers is to promote your campaign/website to on the sponsored listings of Google, we are not offering leads, but a chance for your website to be seen in a prime position under the agreed keywords relating to your business. Our technical team will normally start on your campaign immediately after payment has been accepted and a campaign can take normally 1 Hour to appear but in some cases up to 24 hours to go live on Google.

Google checks over every site that appears on their search engine and as a consequence we are sorry to say there is no cooling off period. A full refund will become null and void once your site is submitted. In some instances Google review accounts, which can result in campaigns temporarily not showing, this normally only happens every so often or not at all, due to Google guidelines and updates that Google may perform. Campaigns are only down for up to a few hours and they try to perform these updates over night. We cannot refund or reimburse customers if Google review your campaign. In any case where a refund is granted it shall be less any click charges your campaign has received since it went live on Google. Any refunds of money will take up to 5 working days. Please also note that client cards that are repeatedly declined will incur a 3% charge for debit cards and 5% charge for credit cards.

Cancellations

We are happy for you to cancel at the end of your contract with us, so long as we have at least one months notice before your billing date. A contract is an agreement between two or more people that is legally binding. A contract can be verbal or written. We will accept cancellation by email or post.

Enquiries

We will respond to all queries within 3 working days and at times Be Seen 1st Ltd may have to ring/email you back to resolve any issues, which may need further investigation with either Google or Web designers as this allows us to deal with our customers more effectively.

In the unlikely event that your campaign was brought down due to technical problems, whether that is through Be Seen 1st Ltd or Google, this does not entitle the customer to a full refund but we will endeavor to amend your payment structure accordingly.

IP Keywords

In some cases you may request or we may suggest your keywords to be IP’d to your location, please be aware, depending on your IP address you may not see your campaign yourself in your chosen area/s, this does not mean your campaign is not showing, it is purely the fact that your IP address is not registered to that location. Be Seen 1st Ltd will talk you through the steps to take, that will enable you to see your campaign if this does occur. A refund will not be given due to the fact your IP address is not registered in a location.

Websites

All website designs are created using a 3rd party software package. In the unlikely event an error is made we will endeavor to correct the problem within 5 working days.

Our Websites (Be Seen 1st ltd) are templates and if you want your own images or logos used, we will proceed with the build of the site once we have received the required information. We will remind you to send these materials for a period of 3 months; if we do not receive anything we shall use library pictures relating to your business. No refund will be given on the grounds that the website was not created or the wrong information was used.

Click Fraud

Be Seen 1st Ltd will look into any campaign we feel is receiving unusual amounts of clicks to any one campaign and will suspend the campaign in question while we work with Google to establish if the clicks are genuine.
